Goals 1-5: 1) masculine energy retention, challenge to increase number of days, 2) take Yogi hiking 3+ miles, minimum 3x’s/week, 3) exercise/workout, a well rested me will do this often, 4) masc energy circulations following each workout, 5) practice piano following each breath practice.

  • Sleep. What in the world. Ordered some Trazodone, learned about from the book Outlive. 7-10 days from now.

  • Same as before. Helped get to sleep. Did not track through end of November. Began Dec 1.

  • Not falling asleep easy. Have a lot of content from relatoinship and men’s teams things. I think this helped me relax to sleep some.
