Sleep. What in the world. Ordered some Trazodone, learned about from the book Outlive. 7-10 days from now.

Same as before. Helped get to sleep. Did not track through end of November. Began Dec 1.

Not falling asleep easy. Have a lot of content from relatoinship and men’s teams things. I think this helped me relax to sleep some.
