Immediate changes if you..

I recommend getting the book in print. The author does a good job of reading but now I need to read again and I’m certain there images that would be nice to have in my hands to hold. Some of the details, structure, would just be better to reference. I will be listnening to again though and taking notes and references pdf’s and his website that are mentioned as resources. Immediate changes occured in me and my daily activities as a result of having listened to this once and I plan to use and incorporate more now and for a long time. Grateful!
